Compatibility
Please check that any receiving device is compatible with the application.

Quality of Images
Images will look best when the message placed upon them is 65 characters or less. It is possible to use up to 100 characters, but the text will appear smaller the more characters are used. The applications will not allow any characters over 100 characters. It is also not possible to render the percentage sign % or double quotes " onto the image. Any such text placed onto an image will be truncated before the first instance of such a character.

Data protection
By using a miApplications service you agree to receive, at no cost, adhoc promotional messages and offers from miApplications, where applicable. If you do not want to receive these adhoc promotional messages please email info@miApplications.co.uk, quoting your device UID with the words OPTOUT in the subject field.

Costs
Please see your local iTunes store for current costs. Downloaded images via our applications will be charged at your normal operator data rate if downloading via EDGE or a 3G connection; images downloaded via a WiFi connection will not cost over your standard broadband cost.

Wallpaper Download Times
At busy times the servers may be rendering a large number of images - please be patient if this is the case. Under normal circumstances however, the wait should be minimal (3G/WiFi)

All content will stay on our servers for a maximum of one hour, at which point it will be deleted. miApplications accept no responsibility for any downloads which have not been undertaken by this point.

Variation of Service
miApplications reserve the right to change any service at any time, however, you will be notified via the App Store if an update is available (although you do not have to update if you do not wish to).

For customer support or if you have a complaint about any part of our service, e-mail support@miApplications.co.uk (in most cases you will receive a response within 24 hours, we will endeavour to respond to all emails within 3 working days).

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities
You understand that your use of the service and the download of content is at your own sole risk and that you must comply with the instructions given by the company.

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, You agree that miApplications' entire liability to you or any third person, and your or any third person's exclusive remedy, in law, in equity, or otherwise, with respect to the service(s) provided under this Agreement and/or for any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s) during the term of this Agreement. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, company, its licensors and contractors (including any third parties providing all or part of the services) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages even if company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, to the extent that a country does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability as set forth herein, miApplications' liability is limited to the extent permitted by law in such Country.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the company and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable Solicitor's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the Service, and (b) the breach by you of your representations and warranties set forth herein.

Intellectual Property Rights
Except as otherwise set forth herein, all right, title and interest in and to any intellectual property, proprietary rights or other rights related to intangible property which are used, developed, comprising, embodied in, or practiced in connection with any of the Service ("Company Intellectual Property Rights") are owned by miApplications or its licensors, and you agree to make no claim of interest in or ownership of any such Company Intellectual Property Rights. You acknowledge that no title to the Company Intellectual Property Rights is transferred to you, and that you do not obtain any rights, express or implied, in the Service, other than the rights expressly granted in this Agreement.
